Support services will include the following eventualities:
· Hardware Failures · File Corruption · Virus infections
and provide the following services: · Software Updates · Remote Support
Remote support for office staff will be available by telephone request during working hours (9am to 4:30pm). In our experience, up to 60% of computer problems can be fixed remotely.
Scope of Services
1. Hardware Support a. Diagnose the hardware fault b. Plan the best means of replacing/repairing the hardware to minimize disruption c. Provide quotation for new hardware (discounted) d. Implement the new hardware. e. Install any software for the new hardware f. Test new hardware and make sure system is running
2. Software Support a. Ensure that all means of data protection are in force (on-site backup) (automatic backup) and (off-site Backup) b. Remote Support for software problems c. Installation and implementation of new software d. Formal training can be provided, if required, for an additional fee.
3. On-site Support On-site support will be included in the scheme under the following conditions: a. There will be an initial call-out charge of £35.00 for offices within a 20 mile radius of our Redruth office. (Redruth Office is Excluded from Call Out Charges) b. Any Parts required will be at an additional cost (as a Contract Customer, prices will be discounted by15% ) c. On-site callouts will be invoiced weekly d. Fees will be reviewed annually and 30 days notice of any change will be provided

To maximize the benefits of this support package, please ensure that: a. PW computers are informed of problems as they arise, to avoid escalation b. A primary communication contact is defined
